  The decision to not renew my lease was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my family and myself. I have never seen such a combination of uncaring, lazy behavior from an apartment community staff. Our decision was based on the treatment and carelessness toward the building and residents. The "pretending things aren't broken" (i.e., entrance lights for one, going on 6+ months, garage doors, back staircase, the list goes on). The lack of answering phones and returning voicemails. The collection of trash inside the garage (mattresses, furniture) - disgusting. The same residents consistently parking out front in visitor spots, while their resident parking tag hang from their rearview mirror is the best of all. The staff doesn't seem to make any effort in actually managing anything whatsoever. To refer to the community as 'luxury" is an understatement.
